We have been advised today that this seasons leading scorer for the Pitmen, Tyrone Barnett, has agreed terms with and signed for Macclesfield Town FC.

The club made every effort to retain the services of Tyrone with a significant improvement to his previous contract but the opportunity to play in The Football League is one that the likeable striker could not miss.

Everyone at the club would like to thank Tyrone for his excellent two seasons as a Hednesford Town player and wish him every success at his new club.
